not getting the logic

my patient thought it would be helpful to take her left over bowel prep to 'flush out' her gastroenteritis.  she'll be doing some flushing, that's for sure.

    Taking a laxative to get rid of diarrhea is actually an old wives tale. I heard it from my ex husband's grandmother. I didn't get it either.
